Busy Wednesday

I am tired and very exhausted from work today. It is just very busy at work about statement issues. I am sick of listening to all their complaints and problems that they can't make their payments. There is nothing I can do about this it is part of my job. I just want peace of mind at this moment. I don't want to hear anymore problems. I am just letting my stress out on my blog.

Hope it will be a lot lighter tomorrow.

Long Hour Shift

I did start my long shift today. It wasn't that bad for the time went so fast for I was busy at work too. I was just surprise when I come in to work today for they have another changes on the system we are currently using. The sad thing is there was no training provided it was an on the spot learning. I am glad I was able to adjust using the system after a few hours but I still have to learn a lot from it. It will just come in due time.

Hope your Monday was great. I am ready to go bed now and relax my mind for another work day tomorrow.

Got What I Wanted

As I mentioned in my previous post work has change our schedules. I am glad to find out that I got the shift that I wanted. I will still be working afternoon shift with longers hours but I still got my weekends off. It will be more money on the positive side but I am sure it will be a long day. I am still thankful that I still have a job especially with the economy right now.

Happy Friday!

It is Friday once again I am glad for it will be my last day of my work week. It is Friday and it will be my pay day I am just excited to get my pay check with my bonus on it. I will also find out when I go to work today about my new schedule. Starting December 1, 2008 they are changing our work schedule I hope I will get what I bid for. I bid for an afternoon shift from 2:30-11:00 at night Mon-Friday with the weekends off. They will base it on our performance and statistic of dollars collected. With their basis on granting on the schedule I wanted I am sure I pass with their standards but I am not giving myself false hopes. Hope I will be happy with schedule they allocate for me.

Target Matrix

Finally after 3 months we hit our 500% target daily work productivity. The managers were very happy that we have hit our target after such a long time. They congratulated everyone's effort in making it happen. In the last 3 months our work was in danger for the client was no longer happy with our penetrations. In fact they even cut our business to a certain percentage and outsource it to another center. We have proven it back to them that we can still make it. It was just on the last 3 months we lack the man power to do all the work. With what we achieve right now will definetely bring the business back.

KO System

I was very exhausted yesterday at work for we just launched our new system. It was our first day yesterday to use the KO system in collections. It was totally different from the old system we used we had training for about 10 hours for the new system. It is hard to absorb things for a short period of time, the learning process starts on day 1 that we used the system. Oh my God, my updating yesterday was pretty in handling the calls for I get to familiarize myself with all the codes and commands to go to the different screen to find information. I am still thankfull I was able to finish my shift and my clients on the phone were very understanding also.

I was also happy for the head of our client came over to my desk and handed me a THANK YOU card and a $50 dollar gift card to the Pen Center for being one of the top collectors of my team. Iam proud and happy with what I achieve for the job I am doing right now is not my career I am into.

I hope I will get the hang of it with the new system.

Immature Mind

I was not happy at work yesterday. I had a client whose mind is very immature can't even understand when you advised him that his payment is returned. He keeps on telling my that it is still under investigation from his bank. OMG, when it is very clear on our system that the payment was returned due to insufficient funds and he is trying to tell me that I don't understand what he was saying to me. It ended he requested for a supervisor to speak with, I didnt' hesitate and got my supervisor for him. It ended that the explanation of my supervisor was exactly the same of what I advised him. This guy needs to grow up inorder for him to understand his finances. I was just laughing at the back of my mind.

I think it just not my day yesterday for another immature minded co-worker of mine wanted me to move out of my desk when infact there are alot of desk available. She just pisses my off maybe she thinks that I won't strike her back. In the first place I arrived earlier then her, so I went to my supervisor and told her about the situation. Her attention was being called and told that she doesn't have the right to let a move out only a manager can. I respect her for she is older than me but she won't get that respect anymore. We are working in the same place she needs to grow up and act professionaly.
